1. Agreement
By accessing ecomlabs360.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms govern the public website and its free tools only. Client engagements with EcomLabs360 are governed by separate written agreements; nothing on this Site creates a client relationship by itself.
2. Who We Are
The Site is operated by Ecom Performance Labs Ltd., trading as EcomLabs360: a performance marketing agency registered in Bulgaria under UIC 203850550, with registered address at 94 Knyaz Boris I Street, Vazrazhdane District, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria. Contact: office@ecomlabs360.com. References to "EcomLabs360" throughout these Terms mean Ecom Performance Labs Ltd.
3. What the Site Is
The Site presents our services, case studies, articles, and free interactive tools, and lets prospective clients contact us. The Site does not process payments, host user accounts, or provide any service that requires registration.
4. Free Tools Are Information, Not Advice
Our free tools (including the Breakeven ROAS Calculator and its email reports) are educational models. They compute results mechanically from the numbers you enter. They are provided for general information only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and no client or advisory relationship is created by using them. Business decisions need professional review of your actual situation: verify any figure that matters with your accountant or advisor. We make no warranty that tool outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for your business, and we accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of them.
5. Email Reports
When you request a calculator report by email, you ask us for a one-time transactional message to the address you provide. Requesting a report does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list. We may follow up personally about your scenario, and you can tell us to stop with a single reply.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, page designs, and the tools themselves) belongs to EcomLabs360 and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except for brief quotations with attribution and a link. Client names, marks, and logos referenced in case studies remain the property of their respective owners. The numbers you enter into our tools remain yours.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Site for unlawful purposes; attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure; probe, overload, or disrupt the Site; submit automated or bulk requests to our forms; or use our forms to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages. We may restrict access in response to abuse.
8. Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party websites (for example, our LinkedIn page and partner verification pages). Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimers

Results described in case studies are historical outcomes for specific clients and are not promises of future performance for any other business.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EcomLabs360 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its free tools. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed EUR 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EcomLabs360, its founders, team, and affiliates from claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and applicable European Union law. Disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise. If you access the Site from the United States or elsewhere, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
13. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Site.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms; changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
